You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawals

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities

7.3 Game Interruptions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, qr88 will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve the issue fairly. If a game outcome is affected by technical error, qr88 reserves the right to void the game round and refund all wagers. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection; qr88 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on your end.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qr88 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. qr88 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

qr88 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your gaming activity
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Actions of third-party service providers, payment processors, or game suppliers
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Loss or damage caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions

In no event shall qr88's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities; in such cases, these limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by qr88

qr88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable policies
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Abusive or disruptive behavior
• At qr88's sole discretion if we believe continued service poses a risk

Upon termination for cause, qr88 may forfeit any remaining account balance. Accounts terminated without cause will have balances returned after deduction of any applicable fees.

9.2 Self-Exclusion
